Complaint to Keep the Peace
This case coming on to be heard and examined by the court, upon the motion of the Defendant to quash the said complaint, for irregularity, the Court being fully advised in the premises, do order that the said complaint be and the same is hereby quashed, and that the said Defendant be discharged thereof. Whereupon it is further ordered that the said complainant Charlotte Russell pay, within ten days, the costs of this proceeding, and in default thereof that [illegible] issue.
