Notes on translation: "In the year of grace 1699 on Tuesday the 24th of November after the [...?] publication of banns for three Sundays of which [several illegible words; one is "none" and also "the day of" so it's probably saying that no one has objected to the banns], was celebrated the marriage by the undersigned priest, curate of Champeaux, Jacques Martin son of the late Jean Martin master locksmith of Nemours and of Michelle Coupé the mother of [Jacques?], and Marie [Boutillier - not clear here but seems more clear in the signatures at the end] daughter of Claude Boutillier [charron? = wheelwright] of Champeaux and of [name illegible but looks like only a first name] his wife, [about 5 illegible words] of this parish [several illegible words; includes "parish" and "together". Someone here is confirming the bride's age] [then maybe "Holy Mother Church in the presence of... who have signed with us" - then signatures - Jacques Martin, P. Martin, the curate, C. Boutillier, C. Gallé, Layard Boutillier, J. Boutillier, some others; one looks like Garnier.
