Frank Cotter

This may be the Frank X. Cotter who registered for the draft during World War I on September 1918. He was living in LaPorte, Indiana, and reported his date of birth as 3 October 1874. He names his wife as closest relative, and states that her name was May (or Mary) M. Cotter. This same Frank X. Cotter was living in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, at the time of the 1930 census.
