    LENTZ, Helen Eileen, age 97, of Centerville, OH passed away on February 6, 2016.

    Helen was born on July 26, 1918 in Dayton to the late Cleve and Geneva Temple. She graduated from Steele High School in 1937 and attended Sinclair Community College from 1938-1941. Helen did clerical work for WPAFB from 1942-1944.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell, in 2000. Helen is survived by her sons, Edward R. (Andrea) Lentz and David (Janet) Lentz; grandchildren, Temple, Wheeler, Stephen (Carrie), and Ryan Lentz; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Harper, and Ryan Jr.; sisters, Ruth Sawyer and Virginia Chandler; and numerous nieces and their families.

    Family will greet friends from 10:00-11:00am on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with a funeral service following at 11:00am. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.

    The family would like to extend special thanks to Lucy Howard and Vicki Price and their families for their friendship through the years and the people at Lincoln Park Manor for their recent kindness.
