  Notes	Moses Justice served in the army in the Revolutionary War and received land in Blount County, Tennessee, for that service. In March 1775, he enlisted in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, under Captain John Fifer. He was discharged at Cross Creek, North Carolina, about three months later. He rejoined in 1775 for three months, under Captain Caleb Fifer and Lt. William Houston. He was discharged at Salisbury, North Carolina. He enlisted two more times during the course of the war.
