RINGWALT, ROBERT A., 80, of 6497 27th Ave. N, St. Petersburg, died Monday (March 19, 1990) at St. Anthony's Hospital. He was born in Kirkwood, Mo., and came here in 1945 from Long Island, N.Y. He first came to St. Petersburg as a child and was a 1927 graduate of St. Petersburg High School. He was an accountant and bank examiner, both for the state of New York and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., Washington, D.C. He previously owned Quikie food stores. He was a member of Garden Crest Presbyterian Church. He attended the University of Illinois and received his bachelor's and master's degrees from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Survivors include his wife, Mary E.; two daughters, Nancy Beighle, Palm Coast, and Martha Kog ler, St. Petersburg; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Thomas J. Brett Funeral Home, St. Petersburg.
