Obituary from The Holland (Michigan) Sentinel: Andrew Beerhorst, 82, of Grand Rapids, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Grace, on Feb. 8, 1999. Surviving are his children, Margareta and Ron Huyser, and Norman Beerhorst; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Adrian and Elly Beerhorst of the Netherlands, Cathy and Philipp Miller of Germany, Annie Beerhorst amd Margareta Wijers of the Netherlands, Rolf and Roberta Beerhorst of Kentwood, Betsy Smid of the Netherlands, Jettie Wilkinson of San Diego, Calif., John and Anke Beerhorst of Evanston, Ill., Lenie Baayen, Theodoor and Riet Beerhorst, and Hennie and Kees deJager all of the Netherlands. Services are 11 a.m. Thhursday at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel, 2800 Burton S.E., with the Revs. Virgil Mills and Ken Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Garfield Park Cemetery. Visiting is 2-4 and 7-9 today at the funeral chapel.
