Gregor MacGregor, also known as Gregor Aulin (the Handsome) Chaim and Gregor of the Golden Bridles, of Glenorchy, was the 3rd Chief of the Clan Gregor. When he died in Glenorchy in 1415, his burial in Dysart was recorded in the Chronicle of Fortingall.

Iain MacGregor of Glenorchy, 2nd Chief of Clan Gregor, held the three glens of the rivers Orchy, Strae, and Lochy on the opposite watershed to Strathfillan and Glendochart. He was known as "Cam," or "the one-eyed," and when he died in 1390, he was buried on the north side of the High Altar in Dysart (near Dalmally), the old Church of Glenorchy. This continued to be the burial place of the MacGregor chiefs' family until 1528, and a number of stone coffins (together with foliated tomb slabs each showing in a panel the figure of an armed warrior with spear and two-handed sword, short tunic and high conical pointed helmet} were found there when the old church was demolished.
