  	1850 Census Plain Township, Franklin County, Ohio, USA After the death of her husband, Amos Kohn, Rachel Chilcott Kohn married George Welch. All the children listed in this census, with the exception of 3-year-old Mahlon, are the children of Amos and Rachel Chilcott Kohn, but apparently the census taker believed their last names were Welch. Mahlon is the son of George and Rachel Welch.
