Rogers and son Charles of Stevens Point, Wis., plunged to their death over a 20-foot embankment near River Falls, Wis., at 5 o'clock Monday morni. The veteran Farmington physician has not been informed of the news of his son's death, due to his serious condition.
Only meager details concerning the fatal accident were received here up to today. One report was that the car plunged through the guard rail of a bridge, but the facts will not be learned until tonight when Mr. And Mrs. S. C. Whitcher are expeed to return from the funeral services, which are being held at Stevens Point this afternoon.
