  Notes	Ida Townsend was apparently an orphan. According to the Sheets family Bible, Ida was "received from the Protestant orphan Asylum" by James and Lucinda Sheets. Her birth surname was apparently Toner, although she used the name Townsend when she married John Henry Sheets. John Henry and Ida Sheets may have been the parents of the infant Sheets (ID # 24241) who was born and died in 1901 and is buried in the Sugar Ridge Cemetery in Putnam County, Ohio.
