  Notes	From David Talley: Henry Talley's full name may have been Henry Henson Talley. In Robert Talley's application to the Eastern Cherokee, He states: "I don't know whether Elizabeth Henson had any brothers or sisters or not." He further states: "I remember when my uncle Henry Henson came back form the Ind. Ter. in 1851 and tried to get my father to go back with him. I think my uncle Henry Henson was enrolled." Robert was the son of Horatio Talley, a brother of Henry.
