Obeth Cemetery is located in a very remote area in Lake James State Park. To access this cemetery, travel down a well-kept dirt/gravel road keeping to the left; the cemetery is to the right in a wooded area. There are no signs or markers available to identify the site. From 181 North, turn left at Independence Blvd., and then right on 126. Travel 17.3 miles to dirt road 1281 and turn left. Cemetery is approximately 2 miles on left side of this road. Old church site is across from the cemetery on right side of road.
