The approximately 1/2" margin around the photo may indicate a date of around 1915. Although probably printed around that time, the photograph itself may be from an earlier date. It is attributed to James Cotter because his granddaughter, Mayme Kohn MacGruder Comer, who never knew him, said that she thought it was her grandfather. | |||
