    Conrad Willhoit left Virginia about 1782; in the same year, he witnessed the will of Adam Broyles in Washington County, North Carolina (now Tennessee). He moved to present county Campbell County, Tennessee, buying 100 acres of land there on 29 March 1800. He possibly served in the army during the Revolution.
